1. Acceptance
By accessing or using FunnelTrack you agree to these terms. If you are using FunnelTrack on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
FunnelTrack provides server-side conversion tracking and event routing software, accessible via our website and APIs.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use FunnelTrack to violate law, infringe rights, or send data you do not have lawful basis to process.
4. Subscriptions and fees
Fees, billing cadence, and refund policy are set out in your order form or plan signup.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate per the order form. We may suspend service for material breach or non-payment.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
